Return Window
Customers can apply for a return within 14 days of getting their order.
Return Method
If you want to return an item, please send it back to us in its original packaging and make sure it isn’t broken.
Condition
The items must be delivered back in their original packaging, without any damage, and by the same unit that sent them.
Not Able to Be Returned Things
You can’t send back tobacco merely because it tastes or looks different.
Costs for Returns
You won’t have to pay any return fees if you need to send something back because we made a mistake, such as mailing the wrong item or not sending it at all.
If you send something back because you made a mistake, like supplying the wrong address or denying delivery, you may have to pay for shipping back, and that cost may be taken out of your refund.
Reshipment & Lost Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive within 40 days because of postal delays or mistakes, we will either send it again or give you your money back.
If customers make a mistake with their name, address, or zip code, they will have to pay for the cost of reshipping.
Money Back
If you pay for anything that is out of stock, you can get your money back.
You will obtain a partial refund (minus any fees from the payment provider) if you cancel an order after paying.
Partial refunds for deliveries that were turned down because they were damaged (the cost of the items is refunded, but not the cost of shipping).
If the customer made a mistake and sent the item back, the shipping costs will be deducted out of the refund.

Customers can cancel their orders at any time by sending an email to order@australiasmokes.com.
